1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account or purchasing any service from Nexora Corp, you enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all use of our platforms immediately.
2. MARKETPLACE & DIGITAL LICENSING
All digital products, software, and licenses purchased through the Nexora Marketplace are for your personal or internal business use only. Redistributing, reselling, or reverse-engineering our digital assets without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. PAYMENTS & BDT TRANSACTIONS
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We accept payments through secured local gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the marketplace.
4. REFUND & CANCELLATION
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, if a digital license has been activated, it is non-refundable. For service-based contracts, cancellations must be made 7 days in advance.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including logos, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Nexora Corp. Unauthorized use of our brand assets across growtechagro or any other sub-domain will result in legal action.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal action or disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
