We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:

- All sales of digital products, software licenses, and API keys are final and non-refundable once delivered and activated.

- Domain Names: Once a domain is registered, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded.
- Web Hosting & Subscriptions: Refunds are generally not provided for ongoing billing cycles. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.
- Custom Development & IT Solutions: Payments made for custom development (e.g., website design, app development) are non-refundable once work has commenced.
